Welcome to aimuse-ai.org! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AiMuse web application, services, and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by AiMuse.

By logging in or registering an account (with email or Google account) and using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

  • Account Creation: To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You can register using an email and password or through a supported third-party service like Google.

  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorized them.

  • Requirement: You must be Human to use the Service.

2. User-Generated Content

This section is critical and addresses your specific request regarding ownership and responsibility.

  • Ownership of Content: You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the images, videos, audio, 3D models, and other media you create using the Service ("Content"). We claim no ownership over your Content.

  • Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for the Content you create and the prompts you provide. You agree not to create any Content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights (including copyright and trademark) or privacy rights. AiMuse is a tool for creation, and we are not responsible for the Content you generate.

  • License to AiMuse: To operate the Service, we need certain permissions from you. By using the Service, you grant AiMuse a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and process your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service for you. For example, we need this license to process your prompt, send it to an AI model, and display the resulting image back to you.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation the laws of any country.

  • Engaging in, promoting, supporting, or facilitating hateful, discriminatory, or violent activities.

  • Use the Service to create misinformation or disinformation, including fabricated facts or events.

  • Impersonation of others (living or dead) without explicit disclosure and consent, especially for deceptive purposes.

  • Misrepresenting the provenance of generated content by claiming it was solely human-created when it was AI-assisted.

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access or abuse the Service, including the rate-limited features.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including for a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiMuse disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

In no event shall AiMuse be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
